Spring Ladies Meeting

For the past three years our church has had ladies meetings three or four times a year. This was a vision that our precious pastor's wife had made a reality. In January, Dianne, our pastor's wife went home to be with the Lord. The wives of our two assistant pastor's stepped up to continue Mrs. Brown's vision... Monday night was our first Ladies meeting since Dianne's death. It was a bitter/sweet meeting. I think all of us ladies from our church felt her absence and yet we were so happy to continue her dream and we KNOW she would have LOVED the meeting. It was so beautifully decorated... the games and skit were so much fun... music was great and the speaker.... WHAT do you say about JoJo Moffit.... She was in true form !! We laughed and cried at the same time! Oh, and the food.... DELICIOUS !!! What a wonderful evening. We had 125 ladies there from about 8-10 churches....
