Market Place Scene

The Market Place scene is always a favorite. So many things to see. Practice is getting better each night.

Christmas Play Practice *Opening Scene*

The opening scene this year is so pretty with
Carolers singing in a beautiful,magical snowy village

Gearing Up For Another Play Practice

Around the church for the last couple of weeks there has been activity, BUT this week has really started the REAL "push"!
Many people are everywhere working like the play is tomorrow, But there is SO much to do that it will be THAT busy and BUSIER with each passing day. The momentum will really hit Wed, and Thurs. next week.Regardless how busy it is during the day.... About 5 P.M. It gets MUCH BUSIER !!!!!

I caught these two having a quick bite to eat before Dianne went to work putting head pieces on and Preacher doing whatever he needed to do. Dianne had her first Chemo on Wed. She was weak and tired Wed night but after a good night's rest, she has felt good. We are all praising God for answered prayer in her behalf ! Please do continue to keep her in your prayers through this time.

Snow Day in IOWA

Yesterday morning was really something.
It was snowing gently when I got up but by 11 a.m. this is the way it was !!!
It came really hard and with wind for quite a while, by evening just a white blanket covered our area of Iowa.

Preparing for the First Full Practice

Christmas Play Work Day (eve)

The church had a work day for getting the stages built, curtains hung,lighting hung,putting plastic over the windows,hanging the star..... The list goes on and on... Myron didn't get to go up for the day, but as soon as he got off work he went up to help.

They had to take the front door off it's hinges to get the "first scene" through the door.

The girls must be practicing ( or goofing off....who knows :O)
