Spring Snow

You know that spring is almost here when you have a snow storm on Saturday and by Sunday night it is almost all gone! Last night when we got home from church we were walking in from the car,in the dark and a head of me I heard "UGH!" and I looked up just in time to avoid hitting my head on what Myron HAD....

The snow from our porch roof had melted enough to slide half way off then refrozen. Here was this huge overhang. I am really surprised that it was frozen enough that when Myron hit his head on it, it didn't budge it(NOT that I think Myron has a hard head or anything) It could have really hurt had it come down on Myron's head !!!

My Sundays

My Sundays are such a blessing( I'm usually exhausted by the end of the day BUT I wouldn't have it ANY OTHER WAY !!!) Beth, Debbie, Linda and I are the regular Sunday morning nursery crew. Then on Sunday afternoon our Spanish have two services and Beth and I regularly stay with the help of Nancy, Linda, sometimes and a couple of precious Spanish ladies. We do have a good time though sometimes a little hair raising. Last Sunday I took just a few pictures. They didn't turn out as good as I had hoped,but you will see a few of our sweet babies.

This is the newest member of MA. He is just a week old.

We had the twins again. They are just as cute as they can be. They are walking now.
We were so surprised !

And our Angel !! He is going to be out growing the nursery soon. We have had him since he was just a couple of weeks old. MOST of the time it makes us sad when they graduate! This is one of those times.

The other twin.... He didn't pose very well for me.... He was WAY too busy!

I am so blessed to enjoy these babies. Watching them move from the baby side of the nursery,to the toddler side, then on out of the nursery to class. I love them all!

CHRISTMAS Cactus ???

I think I have a "HOLIDAY" Cactus! My Christmas Cactus is going CRAZY!
About 2 weeks ago I noticed that I was starting to have blooms coming back on. There are 11 blooms now.
As you can see many of them are close to "popping". There are still two or 3 that are just starting.
I bet there will be blooms for Easter :O)

Sunday Evening

Last night when I was home from church.I looked out my West window and this is what I saw. It was so pretty I went out and got this picture. It was even raining just a little. The senses that God has given us are truly AWESOME !! I was standing in a light rain and the smell was just incredible,besides how beautiful it was. Even made me feel better. God is truly an AWESOME GOD !!!

A Day Off .....

Myron has a WHOLE Saturday off.

TAXES !!!!

The good news is that if he works all day today on it.... He should knock a BIG chunk out !
Won't be done, but should be close :O)

Tonight's Dessert

I am SO NOT a fancy cook like many of you that are my faithful readers! I didn't have anything to blog today and I was making a dessert for tonight so decided to play a little. I NEED to practice with my camera settings as well as wanting to not JUST make PUDDING!
So made chocolate mousse then played with my camera.

VB / BB Fun Night

Last night we had a good time at the Brighton gym with an action packed evening. Many games of Volleyball between the teem and several groups of adults and then Basketball games between the boys and the men.
This was between games when people were scattered all over the gym but there was a good turn out of friends and family to cheer the teams and fellowship. The next several posts were part of the evening.
